Siegwerk Thailand supports YouthCan! with camp for young adults

From May 24 to 26,  Siegwerk Thailand organized the “Ignite Your Success Occupation Camp” as a part of YouthCan! program. Participating in the camp were 29 young people from–the SOS Children's Villages in Thailand.

The aim of the camp was to help the youngsters manage the transition from school to the workplace. Siegwerk organized the activities and games which were divided into the separate themes.

  • Building leadership skills using the four Cs: Communication, Creativity, Critical Thinking and Cooperation.
  • Three lectures focused on the topics: how to write an effective resume, tips and tricks for effective interviews and financial planning
  • Sharing job experience from the Siegwerk staff

After the  camp was completed, the team received positive feedback from the students involved.  The participants commented that they really appreciated all the activities that were organized for them and they hoped the session activity would be help on a regular basis.  

Now the young adults who are preparing for their careers can apply for positions, adapt their skills and expand their knowledge  for both of school and work life.
